Interop.IWshRuntimeLibrary.dll as x86

For the record, I found that Interop.IWshRuntimeLibrary.dll which is added by referencing Windows Script Host Object Model in COM of Dependencies is a x86 component and it seems to prevent this app from being packaged as Any CPU.
