Save tagging highlights

Highlights for tagging (in Tagging/Configuration Menu) are deleted at every reload, which is annoying if you have a big list.

Could we save this somehow? Ideally by user and scheme

It is not thought to be a long term server variable, it is a client variable. So yes, you need to save it somewhere else. If we change this philosophy (saving parameters server side) it is a real change of philosophy, so I suggest we have a solid discussion on it.
