Spore-ModAPI Spore GOG v.5.0.2

Loking for help with the spore ModApi Launcher, i have been installing mods and until now it was working, but now it says i have a Steam version, which is not true, it was working perfectly. Can anybody help???

You need the March 2017 patch, which I believe GOG refer to as 3.1.0.22. Support for pre-March 2017 patch versions of GOG Spore has been deprecated for quite a while now.

For what i learn was that isn't working because the launcher was asking to update... so i uninstall it and run other again without updating and it works. So issue solved, if it ask for update to new version don't do it.

That's not even a fix. Did you try updating your game like I suggested?

Okay, that makes more sense. As I said above, you need 3.1.0.22 . If you can confirm that updating resolves the issue, then I can update the error message to clarify the problem.

We don't support piracy. Go buy Spore and GA. (and don't buy them on Steam if you want any of this to actually work)

i was just asking because the game is free and i already know that game on steam doesn't support on any of this kind.

if you don't update, you can't use newer mods use the Spore ModAPI Launcher Kit. It's better to update Spore instead, since then you can use newer mods.
