2.14 blog post, LTS support

The release of Ember 2.14 marks the end of security patch support for Ember 2.4-LTS (10 releases since 2.4 was released).

The blog post should be updated to reflect this.

It seems to say that it ended on with the release of 2.15 https://emberjs.com/blog/2017/09/01/ember-2-15-released.html

I guess this is after 10 releases instead of on the 10th release. The only reason I'm even asking is because I'm working on https://github.com/ember-learn/builds/pull/202 which is trying to be more specific about all this 😂
