Can't change background color after selecting one

I picked a random background color just to see it working and now all the boxes are cyan. The file NoteHighlightAddin.dll.config has the background color white as option. Also reinstalled the addin.

it is true, changing options in this file NoteHighlightAddin.dll.config have no effect in win 7 x64 Onenote 2016 32bit I hope you can solve it
