Function completions fail in case heads

Completions fail here:

case Enum.| do
end

Since nightly release was mentioned on forum I decided to give it a try in Sublime Text 4 and I cannot reproduce the problem. Looks like it's already solved.

I was also not able to reproduce the error, this is using nightly based on c5cd0fc:

successful completion in case head
