Template for adding new conferences

To add your conference, open this link on a new tab and add your own conference according to this template:

Don't worry about the order, the person merging the PR will order it accordingly. Once you are done, send a pull request.

Conferences will be ordered by size (expected number of attendees) and date. Only Elixir or BEAM events with Elixir tracks will be accepted. Conferences must have a code of conduct in order to be linked. :)
