Issue on page: Preview changes

I was a bit confused here:

1. In the introduction: "...skip towards the GitHub pages section..." - where is this section?
2. In Preview your pages:
   • The first bullet point says "Go to Settings > Pages and enable GitHub Actions", then the third says "Enable GitHub Actions". Haven't you just done this?
   • Which page are you on in the third bullet point?
   • "(and use Workflow Dispatch)" - is that something you need to enable? It looks like it is in the workflow yaml file, but if you are following the instructions it looks like you need to enable it in the interface somehow.
3. Where do you actually preview your changes?
