Deleted executor job after task cancellation leaves orphaned pod

After cancelling the task on 'our' production the currently running executor gets deleted, but it leaves pod Running - version v0.2 of tasmaster and filer; can confirm with testing. I thought that we stumbled across this one already and the solution was to put proper propagation_policy (Background was the one, we wanted to go ) in API delete
