App not receiving commands from the pebble after being screen off for some time
Mainly putting here so I remember to look into it further
Since updating to android 7 when the screen on my phone has been off for some time (need to figure out how long) it stops receiving commands from the pebble app. If i turn the screen on again, things start working normally. I assume this is to do with the new battery saving/optimization (doze and app standby) in the new OS, so will have to find out how to work around this when you have pebble function enabled. Not sure if this is true for android wear? but, again i assume, the wear services would not be affected by this

to check this try turning off optimisation for light controller maybe?
