Port FileTea to libsoup3

FileTea is not going to be included in Debian 14 "forky" due to its dependency on libsoup2.

Yavor Doganov provided a patch to port it to libsoup3, I gave it a quick try and it seems to work: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1118179

This also needs an updated eventdance package: https://github.com/elima/EventDance/issues/3
