Steps to reproduce

• On an iPhone, visit https://stackblitz.com/edit/file-saver-zke5nx with the Opera browser
• Click on the "Download PDF" button.

Current behavior Opera shows the "Opera cannot open the page because the address is invalid" error:

Expected behavior Opera downloads the pdf
