Rename Respawn

It would be better to instead of saying "REGENERATION", use something like Respawn in insert seconds till respawn, and when the countdown is done, it would replace the text with the respawn button

cool, i plan to add cards for shopping in the center, so right now I decrease respawn to 3 sec. I personally like 100% running at the moment, but could be changed later. I move progress right to the button text "WAIT 50%". Will keep eye on that anyway
