Activate by holding mouse button

Any way to only activate the zoom when someone is holding the mouse button? I'm using lens zoom type by the way.

EDIT: Or, in alternative, enable by click and disable again by another click.

This would be a super awesome feature. I'm assuming you haven't heard anything about this?
