🐞 Bug report 3.7+: Number scrubbing issues on none dimension control type

• [X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

Description

Quote from beta 3.7:

you can adjust your padding, margins, Z-Index and more, by hovering over any numeric value in the Editor Panel, clicking and dragging your mouse to the left or right.

Using the z-index as an example there is no ‘Object Resizing Cursor’ on hover on any part of it and to get scrubbing to work you have to hold and drag for longer then it massively jumps up in value most times.

Needs some sort of dedicated hover area like with margin and padding where the name (e.g. left, right bottom, top) is the area you start scrubbing from.
