System does not shutdown/restart with several active accounts

What Happened?

When i have two or more active accounts and press shutdown or restart bottom system does nothing.

Steps to Reproduce

1 - Open two or more users acoounts. 2 - Press shutdown. 3 - Choose shutdown or restart. 4 - Nothing happens.

Expected Behavior

System may advise several user accounts are opens and it is blocking the shutdown process. Sorry about my english.
