Notifications aren't sorted?

What Happened?

The notifications in the list don't seem to be sorted? At least not by date/time?

(Yes, I'm also dealing with some Mozilla VPN + Nextcloud notification issues, which are probably not wingpanel-indicator-notifications's fault.)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get notifications

Expected Behavior

Notifications within a category (like Other) are sorted by date, time, from new to old.

My notifications are grouped by source and sorted within groups by time of origin (newest first). Usually, maybe not always (I just cleared them moments ago, so I need to wait for some to appear before I can check).
