container network interfaces populating network settings

I recently started a course on docker and kubernetes and installed a bunch of tools including docker and microk8s.

I noticed after creating images, pods, containers random network interfaces suddenly populated my network settings.

any way I can remove this? its really annoying, it even shows in the wingpanel
