Wireless submenu does not follow dark theme

What Happened?

The advanced settings modal for configuring wireless networks uses the light theme, even though the system uses the dark theme.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open System Settings.
2. Go to the Network tab.
3. Click on the three dots next to the name of the wireless network you are currently connected to.
4. Observe that the advanced settings modal uses a light theme instead of a dark one.

Expected Behavior

The modal should use the same theme that the system and the rest of the applications use.
