Dock theme: more apparent running indication

Currently we use a pretty small, light blue dot at the bottom of the dock which blends in with the light grey dock. The two elements have a low contrast and you kind of have to shift the focus at the far bottom of the dock to see what apps you have open.

I guess we should see if we could improve the way this indication is drawn in the theme to improve it's visibility.

I'm still a proponent of completely removing this indicator, but while it still exists, I think the intention is that it's subtle and not distracting.

I like the dots, and I think dash-to-dock's new indicators are pretty (with the dot/dash color based on the app icon). I'm not sure if that will lead people to assume that the indicators are part of the icon, though :thinking:

@danrabbit Maybe have an option to show/hide the indicator in Preferences is more amicable to users. Set it to default off, but have the option to set it on for those who prefer it to be on. 😄
