Add login sound

The sound is an E major played with the Vibraphone in Ensembles. I thought an E major would fit to elementary.

@SubhadeepJasu might be able to record a better sound.

That sounds good. I'll try some more variations and post here, pick which ever you like, or you can pick this current one as well.
