mail Mail does not remember its place

Hi, I want to report this issue that I think breaks the consistency of the experience. You see, every app that I use seem to remember their place and size on the desktop, so that when I close and open them again, they are exactly where they were.

The mail program however does not and seem to have a mind of its own on deciding where it's going to be on the desktop as well as the size of the window.

This also seems to include detached reply windows, which always have weird aspect ratio.

I was going to work on a pr for this but It seems that version on master already handles window size and position.

I have the same issue on Mail's current version (elementary OS 5.1.7 Hera fully updated). Additionally I use the three-pane layout and it seems Mail is not remembering the pane's widths. I have to constantly resize the width of the panes after for example closing and opening the application again.
