Granite.Progressbar that animates smoothly

It's not really a problem but it would be pretty cool to have

Proposal

Add a Granite.progressbar widget that updates in pulses by waiting 250-500 milliseconds to smoothly animate its progress, if it finishes before a pulse it skips to the final animation
