Gala crashes when using digiKam 8.6.0 on Wayland
What Happened?
Gala is crashing and taking me to the greeting screen when using digiKam 8.6.0 in the secure session (Wayland). This was also happening with the previous version of digiKam (8.5.0). I have installed digiKam via FlatHub. The crash is hard to reproduce, as it happens while using the UI and it seems to be random, although I was using the face recognition plugin when it happened.
This is the error I can see in dmesg:

Steps to Reproduce
- Start Elementary OS 8 with Secure Session.
- Install from FlatHub digiKam 8.6.0.
- Enable the face recognition plugin
- Import your library and use the UI.
- It eventually crashes the full Wayland session, but not always, getting you to the greeter.
Expected Behavior
- It should crash just the app, if any, and not the full Wayland session.
