"Close all" does not always work
What Happened?
Is this the right place to report issues with the current dock? I have not found a repo for plank. Feel free to move it.

Workaround
You can close each single dialog, but i have hundreds, so i have to log out and back in to have a clean session again.
Steps to Reproduce
- a hanging program has triggered hundreds of "is hanging" dialogs, that stayed after the program was closed (https://github.com/elementary/gala/issues/1454)
- click "Close all" in the dock menu to get rid of them
- nothing happens
Expected Behavior
features like "Close all" should work
