Tasks or folder icons overlap a maximized window

What Happened?

When the dock is configured to be always visible, certain icons (in the screenshot Chrome, the folders and Tasks) overlap maximized windows:

Steps to Reproduce

1. In System Settings > Desktop > Dock & Panel configure the dock to be always visible
2. Open Tasks
3. Maximize a window

Expected Behavior

Dock icons should not overlap windows.
