Don't spell check inside of code tags/only spell check strings

Follow-up to #234. Ideally we could turn on the spell check extension for all languages with a section of Markup, but right now that means it will try to spell check HTML tag names which is obnoxious. Ideally, the spell extension would only spellcheck outside of code tags, and inside strings.
