Support "Select next" like Ctrl+D in Atom
This is probably related to multi-cursor mode, which is also not (yet) possible in the current version of Code. But a feature I really miss is the Select next or ctrl+d, just as it is implemented in most code editors. I's not the same as ctrl+g, where just the next instance is selected. The Select next feature actually selects the next instance while keeping the all previously selected instances also selected as well.
I think this will be dependent on multiple cursor support in gtksourceview.
I think so, too. Just noticed that multi-cursor mode has been confirmed in #314. Would be great if Select next could be implemented in one go.
Please don't take away current action for Ctrl+D keyboard shortcut. I was amazed to find the shortcut active by default for line duplication. I usually have to customize my editors to use ctrl+d for line duplication.
@d-packs in SublimeText that is ctrl+shift+d by default, which I find very intuitive.
I'd expect F3 to be bound to find next. As in Firefox and many other programs.
