What Happened?

A document was externally renamed/moved while open in Code. Code only gave a warning message that the document no longer was in its original place (deleted, renamed, moved) but gave no further information or options.

Steps to Reproduce

Open a document Rename it externally or move it externally

Expected Behavior

Notice the file has been renamed and ask if code should open the renamed file
