Camera remains on while suspended

What Happened?

Suspended the computer while the camera app was running - the camera light remained on. (This may not be the correct project to file this issue - please transfer if appropriate)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start the Camera app
2. Suspend
3. Observe camera light

Expected Behavior

It feels odd to see the camera ligjht on when the computer is suspended - it should be off.
