Restart(?) after every app installed from AppCenter

Not sure if this is a bug, but it is annoying to wait for a restart of all the top menu every time I install an app and it's added to the menu.

I have also experienced this issue, back when I did not have an SSD. I guess the menu has to reload after you install an application, and to do that it has to read all the .application files, which happens faster on an SSD.
