Apps,updates size detection and searching lagging

What Happened?

• I realized for a long time there's some apps or runtime updates less than 10MiB (I download them quickly), but for App Center detects it as 1GiB or 2,5Gib app/update 😟 (This issue could made me postpone them)
• When I start typing in AppCenter search bar, it just starts to lag and get slower, but I suggest to make it start searching for the app after tabbing the Enter key...

Steps to Reproduce

1. I open AppCenter
2. I download an app/update
3. It shows me this is an 2Gib or 1Gib app/update
4. The app/update installs faster

Expected Behavior

Correct approximation of the app/update size for taking a decision to install or just postpone them

I think this is specific to flatpak - if you use CLI then you'll also get these sizes.
