run fiddle when I use nvm not working, os win10

I use nvm to manage nodejs version and using 12.16.x and installed electron-fiddle-0.14.0-x64-setup.exe downloaded v8.2.1

that is not working when click run and throw exception Saving files to temp directory... Saved files to C:\Users\XXXXXXX\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp-1064UdUcPl2YFFhq Electron v8.2.1 started. Electron exited with code 3221225781.
