electron.exe for the current app doesn't kill once close or stop the app

Hi, I have electron fiddle v0.36.3 which has a sample app that uses electron v28.2.5, I see on the task manager there are electron.exe processes even though I closed/stopped the sample app. and the electron.exe process location was AppData\Roaming\Electron Fiddle\electron-bin\current\electron.exe
