Add the ZIP files to the releases

I am planning on running Fiddle (for Windows) off a flash drive. I attempted to look for all the files to copy them, but they are dispersed throughout AppData, and a few other folders. Would it be possible to post the zipped binaries for at least Windows in the releases, to make it easier for people who want a portable copy?
