Updating dependency 'highlights.js' to fix critical level vulnerability on projects using Devtron.

Hello team, First of all, Great work here.

We are using Devtron in our project and while updating packages on production, I found a critical level vulnerability which is dependent on updating highlight.js package in Devtron.
