SQL Azure Support with AAD auth

Cannot connect to a SQL Azure database via Azure Active Directory authentication.

I don't know much about SQL Azure -- can you point me in the right direction? Is this a different ADO.NET provider that I need to support, or something different that I need to do with the existing SQL Server provider?
