Unfounded increase of stat numbers

I use AWStats in Plesk and it seems after last update my AWStats shows incredible increasing number of visits and other data. Pls, see https://i.imgur.com/WkYJfCX.png There is no reason for such a high data comparing to other stat we use (Google Analytics). Thank you for answer.
