What does this PR do?

Removes MacOS daily tests

Why is it important?

These tests have not passed in nearly 9 months. There is no consumer of these in Observability and there did not seem to be any discernible owner identified during the most recent discussion of them.

They should be removed prior to Jenkins being decommissioned.
