Standardize naming convention for scripts in ci scripts folder

Motivation

Inconsistent naming conventions within the ci scripts folder can lead to confusion and inconsistency in the codebase. By standardizing the naming convention to lowercase dashes ( _ ), we can improve readability and maintainability of the codebase.

Definition of done What needs to be completed at the end of this task

• [ ] Rename all scripts in the scripts folder to use lowercase with dashes.
• [ ] Update all references to the scripts throughout the project to reflect the new naming convention.
• [ ] Ensure that the CI runs successfully after the renaming and updating process is completed.
