Magic Bow doesnt seem to be working for the past like 9 months

I've tried support multiple times but i still can't seem to fix it. I can't use magic bow while my spell inventory is open. It only works in gamemode creative for some reason too, which is super weird.

What version of the plugin, what version of spigot?

Any other plugins that deal with bows or may be interfering in some way?

I just double-checked on latest Paper and Magic and it seems fine for me.
