Compadabilty Textures

so I added a texturepack to my server and it just changed sunflowers, the magic plugin was very messy with the other texture pack so I merged them and just put the sunflower texture in with the magic texture, but now spells don't show u above my hotbar when I'm holding a wand, if I open the spells in my hotbar or inventory they show but not when I'm trying to actually do the spell it just shows text/

i also just realized i can see spells on my moderator account but on my survival account and all the other players, it looks like the resourcepack icon is a little diffrent like one is black instead of white, but its given from the server so i dont know if one account is getting the right one for some reason and the other is getting an incorrect texture pack, also if i go to an enchant table and turn on icons it just says i dont have the resourcepack
