Potion colors in icon not working

when using the potion:(hex code) for an icon

Figured I would post the issue here to help you keep better track of it and keep you updated. I found out that the color does work at first, but when a player holds the wand in their hand it changes the color to white.

I set the inactive icon to the same colored potion and it seems to work as long as the player isn't holding it.
