[Feature] nodeSelector for Karpenter

What feature/behavior/change do you want?

It would be great to specify nodeSelector for Karpenter.

Why do you want this feature?

I use k8s with auto-scaling workloads and dedicated static infra nodes. I'd like to place karpenter to infra nodes and avoid karpenter restarts on scaling events.
