Recommend moving away from fakeweb gem due to compatibility issues with ruby > 2.4

The owner of fakeweb has been sick and is no longer developing fake web it was talked about here: https://github.com/chrisk/fakeweb/issues/57#issuecomment-307594561

In that thread it was recommended to switch to https://github.com/bblimke/webmock
