It's impossible to research tech A and B in the same turn when A unlocks B unless you hack the PLR file.

Describe the bug What it says on the tin :)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Queue research of physics level 1.

Expected behavior You should be able to queue shields level 1 subsequently.

Actual behavior Shields level 1 is unavailable until you actually complete physics level 1.

Additional context Alternately we could ban researching locked techs to close the loophole but since you can queue multiple levels of the same tech why not allow this?

Also maybe we could allow adding a tech without its prereqs, and have the game automatically research the prereqs, like in Civ?

The UI could be adjusted to make shields appear after queueing physics, but then what if you reorder your queue or delete physics from it?
