[Feat]: Fix garbage dotfile default dir

.passgo file moved to modern amazing user namespace (~/.local/var/lib/passgo). With able to use older versions, if user has ~/.passgo directory, it will be prefered, but as legacy standard.

Honestly, it's better to write some tests, but i'm too lazy 🙃

Thanks for the PR. Ill give it a try. For some reason, PRs don't generate emails to me but comments do. So it looks like I have a backlog of PRs here.
