You'll have to completely remove SAR & reinstall it.

Right click on my computer, properties, device manager. Click audio, click view, show hidden devices. Delete all entries that say SAR.

Go to control panel, remove apps, uninstall SAR (or use BCUninstaller, is what I did to fix this).

Go to search box near start menu, type %appdata% Search for SAR (synchronous audio router), and delete anything in there... to double check, go to C drive, search for audio router, and delete anything that shows up.

Then, windows key + R. Type regedit, hit enter. Search for all entries that say "audio router," and delete them. There is a topic in here that shows how to delete them if Windows won't allow it.

From there, reinstall, and it should be good.
