meaning of cos_map of skeleton

Thanks. This is a dictionary containing a map from joint names to x and y vectors defining a local coordinate system of the respective joint. It is used by the retargeting code to retarget between two different skeletons without a t-pose by finding a global correcting rotation after transforming the vectors of the source and target joints into the global coordinate system. The global corection can then be brought back into the local coordinate system to be exported again.
Yes the name is confusing. I meant to clean that up one day.
