Hi, @sreesindhusruthiyadavalli! I realize that this was an extremely long time ago, but if you'd still like a follow-up, then here's an explanation.

Basically, there are many different keyboard layouts and yours didn't match the one implemented by the virtual keyboard. For more information, see this comment on issue 38.
